Yes but i need some hands-on tech guy with a working phone and not charging me $150 per phone call

Need someone to help setup and maintain the program.

Sounds like John and the OP should chat privately about exactly what TMM does for what price, because they ARE the experts on their own products.

For work outside of what TMM offers, we've done some, mostly growing out of Strongbox / NATS integrations, and would be happy to speak with you.

I'm sure Nats does not charge 150 per hour.

What do they charge for "specialized" integration?

He's more than welcome to reach out and I'll see how we can help him. I figured he knew that, but wanted someone on staff rather than using our support for his needs and his overstatement of costs was just out of frustration or humor.
