Anyone know the contact info for ServerBeach servers? One of their clients TheDirty has some serious copyright infringement content on their site. Made numerous attempts to contact TheDirty with DMCA orders but so far they ignored it and the content is still there. I'm surprised that TheDirty or ServerBeach hasn't been sued by the people being posted on the site. Aside from the copyright infringement content, the site's main source of news is posting gossip/lies about people. I would think that posting people's full names/address/telephone numbers/pictures,etc... as hookers, drug dealers, or molesters would have their attorneys phones ringing off the hook from these angry people

What is the next step if ServerBeach doesn't act on forcing TheDirty to remove the copyright content?

Try sending DMCA to [email protected], most ISPs have and monitor this e-mail address even if it's not listed anywhere. Or try searching copyright.gov for their registered DMCA agent. Since they're US based hosted it is highly unlikely that they will ignore your take down notice. But if they will, either contact their upstream or just sue - ignored DMCA is like a lottery winner in the US, easy money for you.

Did you have success? I have had stuff removed from The Dirty before. I had to involve my lawyer though and it cost me 100 bux.
