Can somebody point me to simple yet good Wordpress MU replacement?
And i want ability to add new blogs as domain.com/blog1 , domain.com/blog2 ...

dont know of any other cms that does this.

Just use regular Wordpress with multisites setup. WPMU is the old multiuser/multisite setup.
