If you did 'absolutely nothing wrong', than you should be able to contact them directly and get it fixed for your pleasure in no time. I would probably go that route if you truly believe you are golden like the showers.

I already did and 100% for sure nothing was wrong.

They replied that even though I had a string point they still thought I cheated which I did not for sure in anyway.

We had an issue with google adsense, when they just blocked our account and didn't pay out. Also they canceled a check which was on it's way. I spent hours contacting them, emails and calls, but nothing helped. In the end they said that understand everything, but as they have already blocked account they couldn't unblock it.

yeah i had issue with them before as well...in the end it comes down to the same thing again in my mind. You need to make your own product and sell it. IF you are doing adsense for plumbing suppliers, become the spot for people who need plumbing supplies, let them order through you. Don't take the peanuts that google offers up.

Some details would be nice. Such as what type of site was it on? Obviously some mainstream site since you're talking about adsense right? What type of cheating? Did you edit the code or something obvious or do they think you had a network of buddies clicking the ads or some crap like that?

It's tough to take on face value to just never use google again without more to go on.

I had one site that was making about 10 to 15 dollars a day for at least a year and they just emailed me one day and said they didn't have any suitable ads for my site and would no longer serve ads to that domain.

At least they didn't cancel my account.

Google offers a wide range of amazing services. The trick to using them is to follow their rules. If you break their rules for any particular service, you lose the use of that service. They don't care what your excuses are so don't even try.

Chaze : Google Adsense would have sent you an email with their reason for cutting you off. What did it contain?

It was simple we posted the adsense on the suspended pages for our hosting, meaning if someone canceled or didn't pay for a month or so tan the adwords page would show up. No cheating, no tricks, simple and pretty affective.

Didn't think of that, it's the only solution I can think of other than google just doesn't give a crap about their partners.

There is a lot of wring people in this thread. They sent two emails and none had any information on what was wrong, and when I contacted them they said they had confirmed I was cheating. Which without a doubt 100% I was not.

Actually in their ToS they say you have to have "significant" content on a webpage in order to serve relevant ads. Also I'm guessing if these pages are for cancelled accounts they probably don't have a lot of other links or other information. You probably get a lot of people clicking because they are looking for the website that is now gone, which would be low quality traffic to their advertisers... still shitty of them, but might help to explain better why it happened.

Pretty sure 404 pages don't meet the content quality guidelines for adsense.

lol as always you are off base trying to act almighty. 404 pages are fine if the content is not misleading. And more they said I was cheating meaning fake clicks, not bad content.

Take it how you want, but I would watch your backs with adsense and google in general, they are not the same company they used to be.

Sounds like you were asking for problems. From what I understand, you essentially put adsense on other people pages and domains, who had not paid their hosting bill.

And you most likely have no idea what kind of black hat traffic these folks were driving to their pages, traffic that ended up hitting your adsense account.

Also you most likely had angry people who didn't like you intercepting their traffic and were out to make you look bad.

Seems like you could have picked a more tolerant network if you were going to be thinking that far out side the box.

On the flip side, as an advertiser, I'd be pissed if I saw that my campaigns were showing up on shitty 404 pages and I was paying for that non-targetted traffic.

I'm not surprised they shut you down. Adsense is intended to be a service for people looking to pay for traffic interested in their product, not random traffic from people trying to find a non-existing site.

It sucks you lost your account, but you can easily get another one. Just be smart about where you put your ads next time.

When you advertise with Google adwords, you can choose if you want your ads to appear on search pages, networks (i.e. google adsense), or both. If you choose networks your ad can appear on all kinds of websites including domain-parked websites which I wish was not allowed, or would at least be identified in Google adwords so that I could deselect them as a group. Otherwise Google, adwords, adsense, wallet, analytics, search etc etc are excellent.

Google worked with us to stop a thief from trying to chargeback over $6000 to us, which I posted about here : https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1064...oogle+Checkout

Dismissing Google instead of playing by their rules is not the best business decision one could make.

It's a banner that says what it is advertising, the banner does tailor to the site. You don't get paid on views just clicks.

lol I am and spend thousands a month and wouldn't care if someone clicked my banner or text link because they where interested than I'm happy. That's what it's there for. I am not cohering people into clicking a banner, that is much different and non of my ads are misleading if clicked then they are interested in what the link is, I would think about not having such obscure ads if you are worried about it.
