Just curious. Now that they are processing for CP, I am just crious as to how long it will be until they are shit down? 24 hours? 12? Maybe 2 days? Visa and shit isn't going to like this one bit. It gives them a bad name.

I am sure in all the legal jargon we all signed to process they included provisions to protect them. It's impossible for a processor to track everyones material and some trust has to be taken.

Let's not be stupid here. CCBill processes for tens of thousands of sites, and it has entire division of a dozen employees dedicated to compliance.

However, after going through the approval process for hundreds of sites over ten plus years, it's easy to get around. You put up a tour and a join page that meets their approval, and make sure all of the content in the member's area is spiffy. Then you can set up another tour with another join page, and frankly I doubt CCBill would be any wiser.

Don't blame CCBill for this. They have an entire department to fight this. Shit falls through the cracks, and it will be handled.

But frankly if your accusing CCBill of support such crap, your opening yourself up to a massive slander suit. I've been in Ron's Bently and I'm guessing he has deep pockets.

instead of lawsuits...then problem solved...they can nuke something after just one appearance.

CCBill has an entire department and a huge approval process to prevent this kind of activity. Saying that CCBill is responsible for this because one of the tens of thousands of sites they process for broke the law is ridiculous. But why stop with the billing? Clearly, the hosting company must have known too, right? I mean the hosting company only has a few thousand servers and maybe ten thousand customers - clearly they MUST be responsible because they know every HTML page on every one of their servers.
