What is the best way to do this?

I setup a private ssh tunnel to one of my servers when I want to browse privately/securely at public places like coffee shops.

ssh -D 9999 -N [email protected]

then config your browser to use it as a proxy.

Set a VPN TUNNEL via SSH, in your VPS SERVER...

And set your browser proxy to connect via that tunnel.

If yes, simply ask support to install openVPN for you and there you go. it's very easy to use and will cost you nothing apart from what you're already paying
