Is this how the keyword stuff works?
So, I'm kind of confused as to exactly what you are supposed to do when you start ranking for a keyword. So for example, let's say I rank for the exact term, "World's Biggest Idiot" and I'm also ranking for say 80 to 150 other keywords. What is the next step? Do I keep using anchor text and linking to the top search terms I'm ranking for, say top 5-10 or do I try to keep linking in posts and externally using other terms so I have a broader keyword base? Any gurus in here that can lend a helping hand?

I'm no guru and probably lack understanding as much as any other novice, but when I'm in the position you are this is what I do:
- rank for "World's Biggest Idiot" - getting xxxx uniques for "World's Biggest Idiot" - Check to see how many monthly searches are done for "World's Biggest Idiot" - If I'm > or = to the number of monthly searches I move on to other keywords - If I'm < the number of monthly searches I still target the keyword while targeting others I'm interested in ranking

Find related keywords that matches the THEME of the keyword you're ranking well for. Build new content and internally link to pages built around the theme using anchors using the theme.

Another way to go about it is find what your nearest keyword THEME/category competitor is doing by reverse engineering his stuff. There's a right and wrong way to do it though. For reference: http://genuineseo.net/reverse-engine...right-way/5995
