I was asleep after working at a bar the night before, my roommate woke me up just in time to see the second plane hit. At the time, I was in college studying to become a pilot. So not only were we watching all these people being killed by the attack, we were also watching our own futures go up in flames.

I was in the middle of a Star Trek marathon. My stepfather came in and yelled that the towers felled, and it was war.
I checked 5 minutes of live footage, and returned to Part VI - The Undiscovered Country.

Well, what do you expect? I'm Canadian.

i work up around noon, turned on the tv and was like whoa. went out and bought some furniture as i had planned but didn't sleep that night.

On Continental Flight 669 from CLE to PHX (to go play golf and hang out with RB)
Flight was diverted to Kansas City where we landed, information was sketchy in the air, but once we landed it was pretty clear what had happened. Took me a couple days to get back to Cleveland (rented a car and drove).
