Anyone create content and license it?

I've been looking into creating content and licensing it. I have a good connection of amateurs that want to shoot. I have cash available to renovate a small studio and get equipment. I also have an editor. Does anyone else have any tips? I think it would be nice to see more content creators out there!

No we just create content that gets stolen, then given away for free...

Tips:
Don't renovate or even shoot in a studio, shoot in houses, apartments and outdoors.
You don't need an editor
The world don't need more content creators but if you have hot amateur girls you will have buyers.
Nobody will buy without samples

Paul M should be abel to give you tips as he has been doing this for years.

But...................

10 years ago this would have been a good idea to do, but not sure these days.

I am often of the thought that your best to shoot for yourself/own pay site. In my mind is that if your not confident your content is good enough to sell on your own site, why would I want to buy it?

Besides these things, which are the easy bits. What else do you bring to the table?

Anyone can get a camera, girls and point it. Editing today is so easy I can do it. These are the things you really need.

Charm, personality, character. You're dealing with other people. you need to direct them to do what's required.

Knowledge of what to shoot, how to shoot it and how to make it interesting, attractive and different to the 1,000,000 scenes already out on release.

You need an outlet to sell it. FEW are buying amateur today and paying enough for a decent return. Do you know what the market pays for Amateur, these days?
