there instant load, is never instant, been waiting over 30 mins now, and they almost NEVER respond to messages via form inside avatraffic or ICQ's......

i had same problem with them, never instant, and they said its something wrong on my end ... i always needed to wait a few hours if the deposit was in the working hours, if not, next day

Load is instant except if you forget to add comment to payment, in that case we manually need to load it(mistake on your end). Regarding your icq messages you always get response to them except if ICQ eats them.
