What does your development environment consist of?

Apache and PHP are installed natively on OS X, so I enabled them (one line in each case). MySQL, I installed as a service. WordPress and BuddyPress are installed locally, as are two unit testing suites. Git and Subversion, of course.
Other than that, I use the Edgeprod.com dedicated server for most of my testing, so that I can 'soft launch' projects without having to host them locally. |

Locally on my Mac I have TextMate as my editor of choice, Sequel Pro for MySQL management and Transmit as my FTP setup.
Server side I have Nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL, Node.js and MongoDB installed along with a base CodeIgniter system that is referenced by all apps on the server.
