the long way to do them also, what i use is.

1. boilsoft video splitter (cut the time frame you want the gif to be)
2. adobe media encoder to select video to gif
3. adobe fireworks to resize the gif

Thanks. Now I know the use of the Media Encoder. I have been trying to convert vidz to gif using Photoshop and Media Encoder is faster :-)
