Let's play the"would this be illegal" game
It's okay to trade stock based on a public promotion.
Would it be okay to trade based on knowing when one was going to happen before ANYONE else knows? My first thought would be, no.. It'd be insider trading BUT Would it really be so since you wouldn't actually have inside about fundamentals of the actual company? |
