How in the world do so many people enjoy smoking WEED?

I've tried it a few times and it always makes me scared to death.. so someone convinced me the stuff I tried before must have been coated or something, and I tried some again since it'd been years.

I've never been so scared to death in my life. And then, I told fof some terrible things from the past. Shit I DO NOT talk about. Oh and THEN she tried to get me to fuck her since I won't fuck and she wants me to I guess she thought it'd be a good time to try

But I was so scared I wouldn't even let her blow me AND I wouldn't let her leave for some reason. Then I didn't want her to go to sleep.

Man, that was horrible. I kept watching the clock to figure out how long it'd been and asking how long it'd last. Apparently I was trying to act like I was fine but I sure was scared to death.

It takes a-lot to scare me. But wow. I never want to do that again.

Why does everything have the wrong effect on me? If I take adderall instead of getting energy I calm down and sit still, if I try weed it makes me scared and all upset instead of calm and peaceful like most people

Lord knows what the fuck real drugs would do to me but I never want to find out

That is the same story I got from her before I tried it

I go exactly the same way - Serious paranoia - The only thing I would say is try it on your own with some mellow music, the lights dimmed and maybe a nice bottle of wine - Its a different experience altogether - For me anyway...

Don't suppose you know what strain it was? Sativas have a tendency to make one paranoid, especially if you arent used to it. Or if its harvested to early it can have a more 'heady' paranoia feeling.

FWIW, cannabis is quite euphoric and relaxing to me, and I use it regularly for pain, as well as to control my hyperactivity, since I don't wish to take pharma products to cope. Strangely enough, cannabis usually doesn't give me the munchies either (although I make and eat some delicious cannabis edibles).

I smoked weed in the late 70?s early 80?s. Always had a good laughing high. Then one day I got paranoid as hell. Was that way every time I smoked after. Haven?t touched it since a few paranoid experiences. The laughing high was awesome. The paranoid high is something you never want to experience. Not sure why my high changed but I can sympathize with you and know exactly how you feel.

Same with smoking cigarettes. Just what exactly is the pleasure derived from that? At least I can see with cigars or a pipe since some people can appreciate the smell. Cigarettes smell awful and just make you smell like a homeless welfare bum that rolled around in a dwindling campfire. Nothing worse than waiting in a line-up at the bank behind a heavy smoker. One of my friends smokes a lot of weed (probably more than anybody else I know, from morning till when he goes to sleep) and he is a fanatic about how clean his car is. He keeps it spotless, inside and out.
