:mad PAXUM, you fucking SUCK!

Hey Paxum, I've got a serious problem with you now. I am fucking sick of your shitty customer support reps who mumble on the phone, don't even know any fucking English, and they make me have to ask them to repeat themselves, LITERALLY, 4-6 times!!! That's problem #1.

Problem #2 - Why do you even have any phone support at all if the useless fuckers can't even look at your account? That doesn't make any sense to me, and they don't need a job if they can't fix issues on your account, period.

Problem #3 - You fucking mastercard sucks. Explain to me why I can go to the ATM, try to withdraw $100 when I have $150 in my MasterCard account, and get told by the ATM that the card issuer has problems and to contact them??? This has happened on dozens of occasions now, and is downright pathetic.

Problem #4 - I tried to place an order, online, for some parts at Advance Auto Parts. This piece of shit, useless fucking card that I pay $45/year for is declined. Why? Problem with card issuer. So, I snapped the piece of shit in half and I am not using it anymore.

If you can't provide a reliable service with your mastercard, then why waste my fucking time even offering it to me? Why have I paid $90 to you already for this card, and can't use it where and when I need to use it? Why can't I get any customer support that's actually worth a shit? Why can't you refund my decline fees when the fucking problem is on your end, not mine? Obviously you need to be put in your place, and I'm here to expose all of this fucking bullshit with you once and for all.

Don't ask me if I forgot to move my finds to the card. I made sure, every time. I'm not a fucking retard.

So, now I have a bunch of money that's sitting in pending charges not available to me because your fucked up shitty card was declined for some unknown godforsaken reason.


Plain and simple, fuck you, you're not getting the fucking pleasure of ripping me off anymore.

I'm sorry you are having issues with our support. You are more than welcome to email me ( [email protected] ) anytime.

As far as you getting declines at an ATM machine I would be more than happy to look at your account to see why you are getting the decline. So if you would can you please email me [email protected] with your account name.

Also the same for the decline you are getting at a website. Most websites do not have an issue accepting prepaid mastercards. Some websites do place a little more security on their processing than others and unfortunately prepaid cards tend to get declined at these merchants. It is nothing that we are doing but again if you provide me with your account name I can tell you why it was declined.

I can assure you we are not ripping anyone off and we take issues and comments like this very seriously so please do email me with your account information so I can take care of you.

I gotta say that I've been using Paxum for over a year now and have never had any issues with them in both using the card online or at an atm.

This might sound like a stupid question, but are you transfering the money over from the Paxum checking to the mastercard ???

Use Wires for larger funds. It's faster and safer.

Prepaid cards have more restrictions than credit cards so they don't always work everywhere despite the Mastercard or Visa logo.

I don't know for sure but Paxum might be using an outsourced 3rd party for card holder support. As you're a merchant with them why not just call or email your rep instead? Your rep has the ability to effect solutions to any problems faster than end user support could.

Because hardly anyone uses them outside of the US.

For me, Paxum solves that problem. I use it to receive small payments and then wire the accumulated amount out to my bank account.

I know this won't help OP, but in a thread filled with negativity, I just want to say that every time I've had contact with Chris or Ruth only 1 word came to mind: professionalism .

If you can't provide a reliable service with your mastercard, then why waste my fucking time even offering it to me? Why have I paid $90 to you already for this card, and can't use it where and when I need to use it? Why can't I get any customer support that's actually worth a shit? I've really never had any big issues with Paxum, the service works in most. But you have to ditch the support center in Sripakindia, it's totally "Worthless!" Never once have they fixed an issue and most of the time they have no idea what your talking about. Thats why I have Ruth on ICQ and reach out to her when I need assistance.

When card fails that does'nt need to be paxum fault,for example once i used moneybookers card on atm and i got message "cash service not working"so i went to other atm and there it worked.

the problem starts when, you start using cards from services like paxum(/payoneer/epassporte), just like your local bank credit/debit card.

dont do that,

just use these services to get the funds in your back account then use your local bank credit/debit card.

problem solved.
