The new information comes via a document from the Joint Threat Research Intelligence Group (JTRIG) of Britain?s Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), entitled 'The Art of Deception: Training for Online Covert Operations,' which is top secret and only for dissemination within the Five Eyes intelligence partnership that includes Britain, the US, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. The tactics they are using are not just for Govt.

Corporations and Businesses use them as well.

You would be surprised what you can accomplish with well placed information or misinformation when its use is well calculated/formulated.
