seo plugins are quite useful. at least they can help you fix the mess with canonical pages. seo plugins are not magical. don't expect your traffic to grow, without getting any decent links and social media signals, or without a good user experience (a lot of onsite time).

I should make a custom plugin, because i use it only for edit meta title, and to add noindex on specific pages.
So none here have a site with all in one seo installed ?
