Google ad work for adult they just label your ads as approved for adults and you can only use text based ads.

you better not bet the house on adwords, back in the day they were great, then came the great porn hammer. Those on there still were probably there years ago and have good relationships with their managers and are VERY careful to not stray from the rules ONE little bit or you're out FOREVER. It's one thing I hate about google and their do no harm.
