Expect most of them to offer you pennies for HQ exclusive content. I experienced a well known company that offered me price so low it would not even cover the cost of the talent.

You can also avoid Russian paysites, they are used to pay pennies too since girls are really that cheap over there and they are not affected by strong Euro ..or they simply shoot it directly with their own staff.

Your best choice are USA / Canadian companies.

They may be but unless you're already famous you'll be challenged to sell content to them in all likelihood. There're only 4 you list, perhaps contact them directly?
