Trafficcash Gold (or whatever they were originally called). 25 cents per click to begin but they moved me over to $35 per sale. Then the checks started to roll in.
I then signed up with ARS (great program in the day), MaxCash and DDF Productions (still with them) plus any others in the niche I specialised in and couldn't believe how easy it was making money off a few banners.
I started making my own galleries and started making ten times as much.
Made a couple of websites behind adult verification programs and made even more.
Making money was never so easy during 1998 - 2007.

I wish to amend my earlier answer. Now that I think about it the FIRST money I ever made selling porn occurred roughly 5 years before I got on the internetsesez. My brother was getting divorced, I was helping him clean out all his stuff from their house, and one day he comes by and drops off a huge box which contained his entire VHS and magazine porn collection.
