I'd go with a man's perspective, unless it is a lesbian guide, because people are not generally in touch with what attracts them to a partner.

I agree with this. And it's an easier sell. Men relates better with men's sexuality.

LOL. Getting older woman into bed is easy. You have to be active in society. It's not something a twenty year old "man" can easily do. I am involved in my kid's sport teams, go to the high school for football games, all that stuff.... There are events every weekend in every community just crawling full of MILFs and single moms looking for attention.

Not sure I gonna proceed with this. But there is a big market for it, if anybody else feels like going for it.
