Getting German PayPal sending me fucking 4 digit code to verify, the 0.1EUR comes in, couple times now, but it NEVER shows that 4 digit code.

try creating ticket, last time itried , they resolved my issue within i guess 24 hours .,

It looks like they simply refuse to allow verifying German PayPal via their EURO Payment Service. Looks like they simply do want users stay in a limited withdrawal limit. What is it for non verified German bank account, EUR500 / mo max?

It's not a US PayPal connected to USPS, it's about German PayPal linked to EURO Payment Service...

Seems he's trying to associate his Payoneer card with Paypal, when you do that Paypal makes a deposit with a special descriptor that only occasionally shows in online statements, usually it shows up only on paper statements, which OP probably doesn't receive.
