One of my top whales recently returned after almost 2 years, all that time I was convinced they signed up under a new account, and support was brushing me off.

Now I believe it's just protocol to send that response if they find no issues with an account, which I'm betting is more than 90% of the time.

39 out of my Top 50 are gone and no one has ever returned it is missing for more than 150 days.

Anyway did anyone got a response regarding missing spenders
