Well that is partially true not all WLs are not indexed ! Even CB WLs can get SE traffic , ofcourse is hard but not impossible and I see some old WLs ranking pretty higher even that they are still under penalty including some of mine !

You can do all of that (and of course you need to think outside of box, do not the stuff that others do), but do not post affiliate links, only links to your sites.
