We won't be the next country to launch a nuke.

Germans have worked to create a safe environment for themselves to feel safe in their own communities. You can't blame them for that and for trying to help people. To have a rooskie point his finger at them in this thread for that, to justify that doctor, is truly absurd.

Another time, I was visiting someone who had their appendix removed and the nurse came in and asked if he had already been operated on or not. o_O

Wrong. In Russian clinics you have to wear overshoes over your boots (like these). That's a rule. Also smoking is not allowed in hospitals at all. If you wanna smoke, you must go outside. It's a federal law since 2013.

I visited someone else's relative in Yaroslavl and it kinda looked like this. They gave us old pair of slippers and showed us the room. There were 6 people on these metal spring beds. We had to bribe hospital doctor with $200 so the person could be moved in a different room with 1 other patient. The building itself looked like it was 100 years old and never saw any sort of renovations. Scary shit.

I know you don't understand Russian but I do. If you watch the video from the beginning, that woman ask the killed guy: "what was prior your stomach bleeding?", he said "I was drinking".
