I never thought much of Woman Marines. For the most part, Women Marines worked in Admin or Motor Transport, and occasionally Supply. We also had one Women Marine who worked in the Armory. We rarely saw them.

It wasn't until a few years ago that I gave it any thought. A local recruiter hit me up and wanted to meet with me. He brought with her a young Private First Class who had just graduated boot camp, and she was on recruiter duty. I've gotten to know her over the past two years. She is as Marine as Marine can be. She has a full six pack and is just ripped. She wanted a full combat role, and last time I talked to her she is a Low Altitude Air Defense (LAAD) Gunner assigned to an infantry unit.

If you asked me about Women Marines two years ago I wouldn't have thought too highly of them. However, now I am fine with it. A woman can do anything a woman can do, and a Marine can do anything.

We want our Marines to be tough killing machines. Messing around with the things which make them those killing machines is not a good thing. That means, don't mess with the hazing, the rigid boot camp and especially don't introduce women into the mix.

Sorry ladies, but war is a man's job. Not saying there aren't women who could do it better than some men, but by and large we all know who does it better and shouldn't fool ourselves about it. Women have their strengths, and taking a life with bayonet or a bullet to the head is not what their biology is geared toward.

you competed the requirements to become a marine. we give you lots of shit here about it, but kudos.

There are just certain jobs that shouldnt be sex dependant, they should be viewed strictly from a physical standpoint.

Imagine a firefighter making his way to the 8th floor to rescue 1 person...however when they get there...it is 3 people...now a 184 cm 100 kg massively fucking fit guy will drag them all down by their hair...they will be bruised..but they will get out.

It is a myth that they are all 220 lbs dynamos made of solid muscle who move in perfect form at all times and shoot centre mass with their eyes closed. That is simply not true. They are people and they range like the rest of us. Some are better soldiers than others, some are faster, some are stronger, some are smarter but all of them can function as a unit in whatever way helps the core best. A large part of basic is placement. They don't lump everyone together, they are assigned to a specific unit that suits the core best and there is no reason to deny anyone from contributing their part IF they make the cut.

Combat roles still have two tiered requirements, so you're wrong. Women can't perform the same as men, that's the only reason there is two different test standards.

Firing a weapon does not a warrior make. Women in general are not warriors and will never be warriors. The standards are lowered when women are allowed in combat roles period. It is a fact that women cannot even perform 100% of the duties in MOS's they are already allowed in. For anyone to say other wise is simply not true.

Male soldiers aren't the same, their endurance varies.

But then there are female soldiers, whos strength and endurance varies. And they are a couple levels below men.

So if you take the strongest female soldier, she can barely compare to the weakest male soldier.

All in all, if you factor in personal "variables", women still can't compete with men on the battlefield.

Now let's get onto the reality. This is from my experience having served in the middle east in two branches.

- Women get injured at much higher rates
- Women get special quotas
- Women DO NOT meet the standards as men even though the government say they do.
- Women get pregnant to avoid trips. Happened on my gulf deployment. 2 others got pregnant in the AO.
- Women in the military are sluts. Much the same reason they become cosplayers. Msot military women are broken souls who join a male dominated organization to feel like they are special. Even if they pretend they dont like the special treatment they really do
- They cause jealousy and turmoil within strong male units. IE a girl will come in and fuck everyone except a few guys and they will get jealous. Soon enough there will be a break down in the order and cohesion. This is a big problem and no its not the Mens fault and we do not have to get over it
-It takes away from the experience. Why join an 'elite' unit if women are allowed to join? Doesnt make it elite or special anymore
- Women are like cancer, once a few get in they flood in. And they band together and organise and soon enough there are sexual assault cases left right and center because they try and get rid of all the men who are a threat.
- They get promoted and put on courses faster than men. Even Men who are more experienced.
We've had a few girls rock up in my unit and all of them started fucking guys in the brigade and in the unit. Its a game to them.
