I am looking for a website that sell high quality German traffic for dating.
all what i need is traffic to sign up for my dating offer.
i just need leads, sales does not matter as i get enough rebills but i need at least 20 free lead per day

Any help or suggestion would be highly appreacited.

There are dozens of decent traffic markets (trafficjunkie, trafficforce, trafficbroker, revolutionforce, traffichaus, juicyads, exoclick etc, etc.)

But buying traffic is a very tricky skill. Because you are out of your league with competition (program owners, and even then, program owners can be outsmarted/outclassed), who already know all the tricks and can afford to outbid you 10:1.

Buying and selling traffic takes a lot of time and resources to learn.

I suggest you try to generate your own (free) traffic first.

20 leads a day is easy. 20 leads a day competing with others who are bidding prices up because they have high converting, better paying offers,... not so much. If you want "quality", it means you have to pay a premium for it.

Since you didn't get very specific about the offer, SOI or DOI, the niche or even make a distinction between mobile and PC leads,... I'm guessing you're about to be disappointed.
