How many times have you had dreams where you were literally jolted out of bed, heart racing, sweating, still feeling the adrenaline and exclaiming silently "holy shit, that was so real"??

Then of course, you examine it in the moment and feel a little ridiculous for even thinking such silly, implausible scenarios feel real. The alians are chasing you, your friends might be killer robots, somehow dinosaurs at leaping out at you as you run through alleyways in Jakharta for some reason. You're trying to use your special powers to get airborn to escape them all but you just can't take flight and they're all closing in. You're panic stricken and about to die. Then your eyes open. We've all awoken from crazy dreams, shaken and disturbed, often afraid and telling ourselves "its just a dream" to calm down.

Now for the mind fuck, take a brief moment to think about this carefully,...

This is essentially what schizophrenia is and what he's struggling with. A simple analogy would be to describe it as an overlapping between dream and wakeful states. Imagine that super intense dream again how shaken you were. How disturbed you were. How real it seemed. How bizarre the scenarios were. Now try to imagine spending your days with no ability to discern between dreaming and being awake. You have no ability to step back, shake it off and laugh at the experience because to you, its all real. It's still real. You are standing there talking to me, but you also know the dinosaurs are after you, i'm probably a killer robot and you still need to defend your life. Even if on some faint level, a distant voice is telling you "this isn't happening", your fight or flight response/system is still taking over your brain and your body and overpowering that distant voice, shouting it down like the crowd at the last play at the Super Bowl. That voice if present at all, will never stand a chance.

He's made some interesting posts "I was King of Romania but then I wasn't because....(he then rambled into other bizarre details loosely related to the narrative)", "Bill Gates was trying to be my friend but..." etc. He's often offering what are actually bullet points from what to you or I might be a very normal dream. He wrote that post, not trying to be funny or poetic or cryptic... but as an expression of his waking experience and it simply demonstrates (as with his prior bomb threat) that he's stopped taking his medication.
