Most low life scum still have kids or younger family members. In most situations, even hard core criminals will avoid hurting children. The real sociopaths are locked up in solitary, not general population. But from what I've heard, the two things you don't want to be if you go to prison is a child molester or ex cop.

What I don't understand is why Mr. Footlong is at a minimum security federal prison? When did child molestation/rape become a federal offense? In Florida, that's all done through the state. He's relaxing up at Club Fed, when he should be doing hard time with hardcore criminals in a state prison. It doesn't make any sense.

Probably because most of them aren't low life scum sociopaths. It just makes you feel better at night that you think ONLY those people are locked up... Criminals should do time for their crimes when convicted, but that doesn't make them less than human all of sudden either.
