Do you eat Bread?

Personally I love bread and eat it several times a week.
I saw this one woman on the news a couple a weeks go that made me sick. She said that bread isn't food!!!!!!!

She said that bread shouldn't be eaten under any circumstances..

Some people also say you shouldn't drink milk.

Can you imagine that! Not drinking bread.. or not drinking milk or .. not drinking bread or milk.

Hell yeah, mostly for making sandwiches. Surely with soups as well. And sometimes with dishes such as bratwurst, so it would be cooked bratwurst, some sauce, some vegetables and good old rye bread.

we eat bread daily as part of our diet. Fresh batons delivered by a guy who drives around honking his horn for people to come out & buy his sticks.
It's also always given with tapas free as part of the meal, so we probably eat a little too much of it!

bread spikes your blood sugar...it leads in time, for some people, to insulin resistance....nothing makes you fat like bread and fruit juices and or soda of any type...

milk is very poorly tolerated in asian regions, it has something to do with genes, on the other hand, some people can not live without milk they are "lactose dependent"...

It seems like they always tell you something is good for you. The next week they come back and say just kidding. Don't eat it!! I think that low carb diets with lots of greens are probably the best. They have 0 carb bread and pasta now. I don't know how they make it. It scares me!

I love bread. Have made my own for years. Fresh bread with sandwiches and soup are some of my favourite things. You can't lose weight if you eat it regularly though. It's not bad for you per se but if you are overweight it will keep you that way indefinitely unless you plan on doing 2 or 3 hard workouts a day, and even with that your bodyfat % will still be shitty. If you are lean already you can get away with a lot more though, so there is always that.. heh
