Anyone here ever bought a car through CarMax?
I need to get a car and I have a friend who always go though CarMax and loves them. But the reviews online are so-so.
Ever bought from them? Im kind of debating if I want to lease or go to CarMax and get used. I dont want to go through private dealers cuz I hate them |

And then I heard about Auto Nation who competes wih CarMax and it seems cars are cheaper there, but there has to be a catch to that. Like less service or something

Seems like they'd be more likely to be shady. No personal name attached to the business. I'd rather deal with someone's who has their own family name on the line who would be worried about bad word of mouth.
