It has been said or at least I have been told it is so loud that it causes issues thoughout the city on a nightly basis (things like power shortages.)

I used to snore. Horribly. It was actually caused by sleep apnea. I did a two night sleep study, got a CPAP machine and it has changed my life. I feel refreshed every morning, I don't get tired in the afternoon. Absolutely life-changing. Don't know if it applies to your snoring, but I'd check it out.

I honestly thought I didn't. I was walking around the house acting like a big shot. Then my gf decided to record me one night while I was asleep. She kept the video secret until we were having a discussion about snoring, I mentioned that I don't snore, she said "are you sure about that?" and played the video. old runny eggs all over my face.

What about your wife? Let's not be selfish man..

If I'm a guest for more than a few nights I ask if my snoring is too loud, that way I can put on a anti-snoring remedy.

Tried everything, including expensive options, eventually it was this, such a simple thing, the snoring industry doesn't like it as then you stop spending money on all their other Junk. Shops around here try to sell them for $40 because they know you won't be back to buy their strips and sprays anymore. Fortunately on eBay/Amazon you can grab them for a few bucks.

Also, before discovering this, I remember that if I lost a couple of stone, my snoring wasn't so bad
