A free add on site
I am buying out a model I did a site with and I am going to make her site a free add on to all my other sites. She is cute but it was only of her so its selling poorly. I own all the rights from the stage name to all the pics. The site has 1000 pics, I dont want it to beat the shit out of me in bandwidth. What would be a good number of pics to have in a free add on site where the customer feels its a value?

If there are only 1,000 pics, that's how many I would make available on the add-on. Think of an add-on as a mini-paysite of its own, or else people won't feel it's worth mentioning as a feature.

Yeah, if you are trying hard enough to keep retention, just bust and pay the extra few bucks in bandwidth to keep your members longer. I`d suggest hosting this site at a very cheap ISP such as www.cobaltweb.com or some sort of 'data' center in order to keep bandwidth down. You said its only pics... it`d take 1000 members visiting daily to make it cost you too much.
