If Yates (who is known to have a lot of integrity and follow the law) didn't see the constitutionality in this order, then any other good attorney will make the same decision she did.

The Constitution was written when the US was empty and needed people. Now it needs more people like a hole in the head. Even without the terrorist threat, it should reduce inward migration to the absolute minimum.

The last six presidents have enacted such bans. The left is going wild only because it's Donald Trump doing it.

A higher court will overturn the current ruling very quickly and the ban will be back on. This is going all the way to the Supreme Court. Now Trump just needs to get the new justice in before it goes there.

Obama never banned Iraqis.. Quit telling lies. What Obama did was toughen up the vetting process which dramatically slowed down the immigration process but at not point was any country banned.
