if someone have headache he goes to a doctor and does not ask the people in the waiting room there what he have. if someones car is broken he will not bring it to the butcher to fix it. if you want to plan a house you will go to an architect and not to a bricklayer. so why a hell should you make someone president who does not have the smallest clue of politics and is surrounded from people who are known that they come from another planet. |

I quoted your post in another thread with the "evil jew" graphic you posted, that's antisemitic, that is in addition with your previous anti muslim anti brown people posts on your post history on GFY. If you're a white nationalists just admit it. So many of you play these stupid games and tiptoe around the label, which is funny because you label others so easily |

"bitched slapped" by a court that has the vast majority of its rulings (well over 80%) overturned. Uhmm... yeah.

You act like the rest of the circuits average better, they don't. The 3rd & 5th circuits have almost 100% reversal rate. Most cases have a high chance of getting overturned at the supreme court. Remember, the supreme court chooses what they hear as well, no guarantee they'll hear this case "Overall, this past term the Supreme Court reversed 75.3 percent of the cases they considered on their merits. The pattern holds true for the 2004 and 2005 terms as well, when the Supremes had overall reversal rates of 76.8 percent and 75.6 percent, respectively. " History of the supreme court appeals rate |

I know right...these Trumpeteer knuckle-draggers think the 80% overturned rate is something big. No it isn't if the SCOTUS is picking and choosing which cases to hear in the firs place. Similar to how a district attorney has a "90% conviction rate"...well duh, if he's picking which cases to prosecute, he damn well better be picking the ones he can win! |

Some of their decision on this case from what i read was bizarre... suggesting non citizens are "entitled to due process" etc etc etc. which is clearly not true by any stretch of the imagination. The law that Trump used for the EO (and that was vetted by the DOJ) was a surprise to me. I didn't know something like that existed that gave the President that power... but the plain language of the law is very clear. Basically that he can do anything he wants in this arena, at his discretion, against any class or classes of people and any period of time. He deserves the full backlash for continually saying "ban Muslims from..." during his campaign and then rolling this out without making an argument for it, without a suitable announcement and explanation and without stating its intent clearly. Obviously its not a "Muslim ban" though that seems to be the favorite way to put it to draw an over the top emotional response from libearls, when there are almost 50 majority Muslim countries and only 7 disasters/enemies/failed states were targeted in that TEMPORARY 90 DAY BAN (from Obama's own list). NO ONE is "entitled" to visit any country. I've been to well over 20 countries and spent a large portion of my life living between Europe and the USA as well as traveling and if that country requires a visa, they can deny it for any reason, without cause and without explanation, just as they can kick you out for any reason or deny you entry for any reason. I've had European friends in Russia get a black stamp on their passport making it impossible to ever return to Russia for getting into a simple argument about something stupid with a border guard (misspelling on something) I've had dozens and dozens of visas and my last passport had to have extra pages added twice. I've been denied entry at airports. I've even been denied the ability to leave a country for over-staying a visa by a matter of 12 hrs. I've been held at gun point for being allowed to travel to a country hours before my visa was valid (before all airlines were made responsible and fined for not verifying visas, times/dates etc). It's absolute insanity to try to argue that the USA and President (under the law he's using) doesn't have the right to deny entry to anyone they deem necessary to do so. Even more insane to argue that its a "right" to enter a country of which you aren't even a citizen of..

You can't go on TV for a year and screech "I will ban muslims", then actually try to sneak it through, that's unconstitutional. We don't live in a dictatorship. All refugees to the U.S. are vetted for 2 years. We aren't Europe just letting anyone in. You know this. Nobody is saying that anyone has a right to enter America. Nobody here has ever said that. Ever. Read the constitution then remember Trump saying he would ban all muslims, then read Trumps executive order. Its an open shut case and likely won't make it to the supreme court. Trump is a sloppy fuck that shoots from the hip on emotion like a bitch on the rag. Trump never thinks things through, ever, he has zero impulse control, this will be his undoing. Why would you want to live in a country where one man can write anything on a piece of paper and it becomes law with no oversight? Fucked up. Balance of power 👍 |

You stand a good chance of losing a lawsuit if your actions are intended to circumvent the law. We will see how this plays out -- this is what the 9th Appeals court said between the lines

Those who were entering the country (109) were legally detained and questioned and released. You're not entitled to "due process" from fucking Yemen. You're not entitled to anything except wiping your ass with rocks and sheltering the worlds worst terrorists.

And fucking seriously... you stupid motherfuckers are arguing to allow in people who absolutely have no documents or whose country is in tatters... the countries who spawned ISIS, Al Queda, The Taliban or long time state sponsors of terror...Yemen. Sudan. Iraq. Iran. etc. People who for the most part, hate you and everything about you. They hate your values. They hate your beliefs. They hate everything you are. Not wanting to be in your own shithole doesn't make you entitled to fuck up another country.
NO ONE SHOULD BE ALLOWING ANYONE INTO THEIR COUNTRY WHO DOESN'T FULLY SUPPORT THEIR NATION AND VALUES AND WANT TO ASSIMILATE 100%. And Trump was stupid in how he did this. So now what? You won something? He'll already drafted a new Executive Order. Congrats on your "win".
