It looks like it is most likely a custom script created for/by them. I would recommend reaching out to them and asking them about it (works more often than you would imagine).

There are about 100 sites and sites uses some video , title, desc all same. But all of them alexa rank best. its success story

it's probably not the same script on all sites, and it's not too hard to make something like that custom.

You can see with Source view at the footer. There are 100 site link in all sites. Different theme but same scrip, same video links, same category id , same videos, same titles but all sites has too much visitors.

Yeah, if I'm not mistaken, I believe they all belong to the same entity/person as they are all a part of webclicks24. Ran across something while looking that looks like it may all be a part of AlexZ.
