Good evening. I found a niche which has never been done before. I want to start a website which has videos and allows for user accounts / commenting and also for me to add descriptions of videos. A good description of my videos is an important part of my niche. Basically, a website with categories for different videos and different user accounts. I have a following of 30,000 I can use to generate traffic, as these are all people who like this niche. This following has risen by 20,000 in the last two months. What should I do?

One way is to set up an affiliate program so webmasters with appropriate traffic can send you more traffic...Your 30,000 followers, at 200:1 conversions, will only bring in 150 sales.

Maybe your conversion rate will be higher. Hard to say.
