I have been producing Exotic Amateur image content for top Amateur and Exotic sites such for over 16 years . My models are in the top 100 in a Well known Exotic site.
I have more than enough of my own exclusive content to do site and am also looking for
a network through which to distribute and monetize my content .
Have an endless supply of 18 and older cute young willing gorgeous amateurs and professionals but no site.
Am currently in Brazil shooting and recruiting and can also source talent and produce projects for producers wishing to shoot hot willing girls who have never been on screen before All 2257 Compliant .
I have access to lots of Exotic, Latina, Ebony, Mature and Hairy Models

Good point, Money as in a Production Budget would be a huge step in the right direction, Having to pay models out of pocket on the spot to sell to a client that takes weeks to pay is what got my stranded and broke in Brazil finally. A Fully functioning site would be the best option here , Traffic can be organized but billing solutions requires cash to set up.
