Hey,

I`m seriously thinking about setting up my own adult webcam studio but im looking for the best thing to do, just selling the content to a webcam network or just rent the room and connect the models to a webcam network like chaturbate

I live in quebec, Canada we have lots of beautiful girls around here and im already working for many years in strip club industry so i know a lots of girls who would like to work for me.
So is webcam studio is a good place to invest money? where do i start? i mean i know i need the room and setup the studios, but when all the studios is setup what do i do?

Has anybody done this kind of a business here or has some good pointers? I can build a webpage for each models and a main landing page for the studio with off course refferal links

Apart from this only thing thats left to do is signing up to the webcam pages as a studio. But i dont how it work to share money, paid the girls, get the share money for myself etc..

So if you have any recommendations or advice on any part of this process then it would be very appreciated!

* Pay them fix price (with % of tips) and take the risk. In the long run you will earn more while the girl can come and go.

* Grow your audience in a network - this is the hardest part, it is not so hard to make a cam site, but to make it successful you will need much more models and traffic than you have.

* Create a website regardless the webcams, just for seo and to lead them to your cam network of choice. There are white label solution too if that's important, where you can feature selected models (but you will lose traffic and compete with the white label, keep your domain your own)

* Your bet is to brand your studio / models (sign the good ones), and grow from there - low risk, high profits.

* Add a watch like in the club and pay the girls every month, you will need to invest a little, unless you know them and agree on %.

I think it is unprofitable in Canada.
The girls are clever. they will work 2-3 weeks and they will go.
I think that Europe, Eastern Europe is more suitable for such a business.

I already work in strip club, this is not the same thing.. some stripper may do cam, but im not sure if cam girls would like to be stripper or escort. i mean their is a big difference between being naked on camera and being naked on stage or fucking with a person you dont know.

Because a studio may offre a Professional surrounding and a team to work with . Some girls can work at their home and some may prefer doing their stuff in a nice looking studio with all gears and set up available.

Regarding traffic It's important to brand your studio well. Gather an audience using social media and funnel it through to the model rooms.

Firstly, you will need to make sure you have your eletronics, lightning and models in line.

Livejasmin os known for working with the studio model strategy and does it well. We offer account managers that will walk you through it all and help you where needed.

Easier to just sell cams. Maybe make a cam portal, and live feed various sites? A lot easier than dealing with actual women. I mean dealing with women 24/7/365 in a studio must be a pain in the fucking ass. Most want to be "independent" anyway.
