Hey,

Was wondering what will happen to the left over balance on the old choice bank CC, will they be transferred to the new temporary CC?

Some cam girls over at ACF claim they have been told by FCP that they will close down by end of June 2018 and that those card holders would have until then to withdraw from their cards.

Now, do not hold this as any kind of truth, it's loose chatter amongst camgirls who may or may not have spoken to one or more support persons at FCP/Payoneer. It doesn't need to have any impact or correlation to Paxum at all but since they were using the same bank, it would be feasible to assume that IFChoice Bank is closing down its prepaid card business, it would surely affect Paxum at or around the same time. With that in mind, I would look for a way to spend whatever is on your card. Visit an ATM and withdraw and possibly use the last little difference to top up your hosting account or something?!

Your Paxum CC still works, just spend it or withdraw from an ATM. Don't expect them to switch it to the new card, sounds like mission impossible!

It cannot be transferred. You have to spend it. Your card is good until it's date of experation.

Humm.. Spoke with Vlad yesterday, I was asking him why my balance on the CC was gone

I had the brilliant idea to forget my card at a restaurant in NYC back from Lisbon show... So I can't withdraw it..

He told me that they (paxum) can still see the balance even if you can,t, and it will be transferred to the new card ...

There is a difference between existing, valid cards and those which are expired or lost.

From what I understood, a balance is a balance, the card itself (plastic) is just the media ... The money (amount) is still there, somewhere ...

Time will tell. Not a biggie for me, under $200, but I can understand some with a couple of Ks to be nervous... But so for PAXUM always prevailed

Hi Feng,

The funds that remain on your Paxum card can still be used. You can withdraw at the ATM or you can make POS purchases (in-store, online, etc).

You have until June 30th 2018 to completely empty the card of funds.

Ok, then what happens in my case? I lost my Paxum card back from Lisbon show... Can't withdraw my balance to ATM or Store, since I have no cards anymore...
