Absolutely. Without the Electoral college Hillary and her 3,000,000 more votes than Chump had, would have won the election. Reverse Gerrymandering and make it illegal like it should be, and Hillary would have walked away with 6 million more votes than Chump. Trump was right about one thing: It was a rigged election.
