I've been enjoying London Pound Cake, which is a hybrid strain...heavier on the Indica side.

The first time I smoked it I was nailed to the couch and felt like a one giant limb that couldn't move.

Depends on the activity. For daytime stuff like biking or boating i like a good sativa like Green crack. For mellow activities i like a hybrid such as girlscout cookies. And for night time relaxing I really like Bubba Kush indica. Grandaddy Purple is also a favorite!
