Hell no. Though I eat what I want when I want. Thankfully I never seem to gain any weight.
I felt I was about a stone (14lbs) a few months back but lost it again with ease so, always amazes me how people can seem to get to X amount of weight then moan about it. Surely even going up 1 or 2 clothes sizes sets the alarm bells off no ?

I try but can’t as I don’t buy the food or make it. Tonight I was offered taco pasta. Pasta with taco seasoning and I asked for just the pasta. Nope, was told it was together so probably made hours earlier. Offered chicken salad and I asked was the chicken cooked yet. Shredded chicken from a can. I’m not going to throw up but that is disgusting. Preservatives and sodium must dominate the ingredients.
I just had a bowl of watermelon and grapes.

Well diet is not only about the weight, but about staying healthy and look younger than your real age. For example, people who it a lot of vegetables definitely look better than those who don't. So recently I started paying more attention to what I eat

Yes, absolutely.
I go to an 'All-U-Can-Eat' buffet, and I balance as many burgers, fries, fried chicken pieces etc etc as humanly possible on the tray to carry it back to my table... Then I repeat it, over and over until Im asked to leave !  |
