I need to speak to someone there who can get shit done and knows what is going on. It's been a while since I've had an issue there but 20k is a chunk to lose due to their error. I haven't had to talk to anyone beyond basic support in years and now Tier 2 is playing games with me and doesn't understand how transfers work.

If anyone has any names / emails to share, I'd appreciate it.

I think it was Jenni that sorted out one of their fucked ups for me last year. Took me weeks to actually get to her and she sorted it out.

CCBill screwed me earlier this year on an old site which still had a bunch of rebills.

After 15 years with them, I've given up on them unfortuately and gone else where.
