Just thought I'd induce some randomness in the forums.

My favorite is a Single Malt.

A few favorite brands -

- Glenfiddich
- Clynelish
- Glen Moray
- Bowmore
- Glenlivet

I also enjoy beer - a LOT.

A pint of Guinness - and the day is made.

If not, any hard beer works.

I like a guinness on a nice hot summer day in a beer garden. I enjoy a spiced rum, neat. I like beer like John Smiths rather than lager. I find it too gassy.
I like a bottle of wine.

Not much of a wine person - it triggers a headache. And I don't have access to the good ones either.

My go to scotches are:

- Cardhu

But I have been known to slum it because even bad scotch is better than no scotch.

I told a friend of mine from Nicaragua that I didn't care much for rum. He gave me some Flor de Cana and I have to admit it is really good.

And no need to get the show-off brands ANY Champagne is great. You can drink great great Champagne for under 20$ per bottle if you go for the small producers.
Of course Moët and Taittinger are never bad
