Wordpress theme suggestion for content store - GoFuckYourself.com

HI
I am in the process of completely redoing my Train Wreck Content store as the one i have now no longer works. I was thinking of doing a wordpress theme and using Woo Commerce. I have been looking but cant seem to find any themes that would work for a content store. I need to be able to show all the pictures in the picture sets I sell. I also need to be able to have a video sample of all the videos I have for sale as well. If anyone has any suggestions and willing to share please let me know.

There might not be anything that default out the box does what you need - it will need a lil customisation!

what I would suggest is taking a solid base theme like Wp Astra, with WooCommerce and a page builder (i recommend beaver builder, but many will probably vote for elementor)

page builder part is only optional TBH depends how much you want to design etc; and how savvy you are with wordpress and code. But it will allow you to custom design a product page very quickly and simply.

To get your thumbnail galleries and things such as sample downloads you can add Advanced Custom Fields, or PODs which allows you to extend the product post type

here you would add a gallery and a video field to the products - then you just need to add those into your product page template and g2g.

you may aslso want to checkout easy digital downloads instead of woocommerce it might offer some other benefits

I have used EDD for a few years now... never had a problem that wasn't fixed quickly and there are tons of extensions.

thanks for all the information! Its a lot to take in. I have done a real basic word press site so Im not real savy with the code.

Your best bet is to spend the $200-600 to get a theme customized for you.

Unless you want to spend days learning how to do it yourself.

Your time is better spent doing what you do best to make $$$$

You won’t find a custom theme for that pricing just a edited theme to look like you want it to look.
