Far as I know they send it to your house if you want. And you pay like a one-time fee of $50 for some teledoc to prescribe it to you.

I've never used it personally, but a lot of my friends who have no health insurance use it for all kinds of medicine and vouch. It's official.

Why does your friend not want a doctor? A lot of online places will have an online doctor consult anyway, so why not get someone who is actually their doctor they can call if they have side effects or health issues or whatever?
