...where you can bid less than $0,001 for non adult traffic

Many traffic sellers have this minimum bid which basically kill all profitability when you are buying long term.

I need a constant traffic flow and it can only be profitable if I can bid less than $0,001 for redirect, push, native. No pop.

If you know such a platform or if you are a sale rep for one of them, I'd love to hear from you!

Depends on the GEOs but you can get good rates and fast support from Mondiad(push and natives, global coverage). Popunders should be cheaper though. You can try popcash or popads.
