That could a be a lawsuit for a violation of trade dress...

it's an obvious copy but what's weird is yours still looks so much better
you'd think if someone was gonna bite your style they'd try to improve on the look of your site, but instead their site title font choice is ugly, the font colour clashes with the rest of the palette and the 'percent off' tabs on the images are boring fail, lol. and yeah, take it as a complement. yours is still cleaner and more interesting
