Looking back, this forum has been more than just a place to post; it’s been a launchpad for business, networking, and friendships that shaped my entire career. I’ve done countless deals here, made connections with some of the biggest players in the industry, and learned lessons I still carry today.

I love this thread. some peeps talk shit about our zoo but even to this day there's still biz to be done here, would need two hands of fingers to count how many peeps I've met here that have facilitated my biz along the way

also appreciate that the latitude afforded to forum members allows us to more easily discern what a given person is about. personally I've creeped the posts of every single person I've ever chosen to work with, and ixnayed a small handful just based on that. the rest, 100% solid and a pleasure to work with
